Hello! I Ride Skateboards and Play Music. I started Skateboarding in 1984 and turned Pro in 1987. I joined my first band, Resistance, in 1985, then in 2001, Jason Hampton and I formed Mike V And The Rats, and in 2005 Revolution Mother. In 2003, I performed as a guest vocalist with Black Flag, and in 2012, Greg Ginn and I formed Good For You. In 2014, I became the vocalist for Black Flag. I founded Street Plant Skateboards in 2015 with my wife, Annie, and our daughters, Emily and Lucinda. In 2021, I began playing with The Complete Disaster, and Cariuma released my Signature Shoe, THE VALLELY. I live in Des Moines, Iowa, with Annie and our French Bulldogs, Bentley and Dozer.
